The beauty industry had an unprecedented overhaul over the last two years. At the forefront was (and still is) Fenty Beauty, Rihanna’s cosmetics line that made waves in 2017 with the release of its Pro Filt’r foundation line that caters to 40 different complexions.
As we enter 2019, the brand is continuing to push the inclusivity boundaries even further by filling the gap and identifying 10 new shades for its new line of concealers, which comes with one very necessary aim: provide options for as many people as possible.
The move brings the product line to match 50 different shades from fair to dark, to accommodate a variety of different skin tones and complexions.
Dubbed “the cure for bags, dark circles, hangovers, and bad decisions” by Rihanna herself, the concealers are described as “creamy, long-wear and crease-proof” and said to provide “light-as-air” to full coverage.
