Last month, Rihanna broke the internet once again – and not because she dropped another club banger. She released her first lingerie line, Savage x Fenty, a brand that’s firmly rooted in representing and celebrating women of all colours and sizes just like her beauty line Fenty Beauty, Savage x Fenty comes in 36 sizes, and its nude collection includes 90 shades.
Brands usually offer a limited range of collections for “non-standard’ sizes, which have been labelled as “petite” or “plus-size”. But over the last few years, fashion campaigns have become more racially diverse, demonstrating the industry’s desire to be more inclusive. And lingerie might actually be the most progressive.
MILLE rounds up the five best body positive lingerie brands.
