Adidas has just unveiled a new capsule collection in collaboration with Belgian brand Arte. For their first ever link-up, the two labels teamed up around a head-to-toe range that celebrates street culture, football, as well as their mutual appreciation for minimalist and pared back aesthetics.
Featuring apparel, footwear, and accessories, the new line draws inspiration from the Kingdom of Morocco, which will soon be hosting the next edition of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON), scheduled to take place between Dec. 21 and Jan. 18, 2026.
Through color, some of the embroidery techniques, and designs, the collection’s visual language all nod towards the North African nation who is on the brink of welcoming the continent’s biggest footballing tournament. Across graphic t-shirts with Arabic text overlayed on the back, knitted long-sleeve jerseys, embroidered tracksuits, and matching accessories, the drop is punctuated with Maghrebi references while staying true to both of the brands usual codes. What’s more, the recently released Lightblaze POD shoe was treated to a makeover, reworked with matching textures, trims, and tones to bring it in line with the collection’s overarching theme.
“This first capsule with Adidas is inspired by the raw energy of African football culture, a world defined by community, expression and resilience. The pieces reflect the cultural energy that surrounds the game and the people who give it meaning. Our new campaign is built with and by local voices in Morocco. From the photographer to casting director, models to set team, every still and scene is rooted in collaboration,“ Arte Founder and Creative Director Bertony Da Silva said about the recently released collection.
To mark the drop’s launch, a campaign, lensed by Moroccan-born, Paris-based, photographer Ilyes Griyeb, frames the pieces against a football pitch in Marrakesh, bringing the whole collection to life by tying it to the notions of community, sports, and collective spirit. Spanish-Moroccan footballer Brahim Diaz fronts this rollout, alongside other prominent figures native to the Kingdom such as all-round creative Zineb Koutten and model-slash-skateboarder Nimpa.
Available online and in select stores, the collection is priced from AED 329 to AED 859, with apparel offered in sizes 2XS–2XL and footwear in US sizes 4–15. The Z.N.E. PU leather jacket is the sole piece sold exclusively through Arte.
