Fresh off unveiling her second collection for Fenty, Amina Muaddi is back with yet another—albeit unexpected, but equally exciting—collaboration. The Jordanian-Romanian designer teamed up with none-other-than A$AP Rocky for her latest release.
Muaddi took the internet by surprise on Thursday by taking to Instagram to announce the upcoming collection. The footwear designer teased the drop by posting a slew of images and videos, announcing the partnership between her label and ASAP Rocky’s creative agency AWGE.

The collection is expected to drop on December 11. The collaboration is a first for Muaddi’s eponymous brand, though she’s previously designed for the likes of Rihanna’s Fenty and Alexandre Vauthier. Muaddi’s partnership with Rihanna earned her FootWearNews’s Collaborator of the Year Award.
Though the upcoming collection came as a surprise, Muaddi and ASAP have been friends for years. “For me, it was important that the first collaboration I do is one that is special and close to my heart,” Muaddi said.

“I wanted to do it with someone who shares my values and my perspective on creativity and design. Rocky doesn’t compromise himself in his work or whatever he does; he’s a perfectionist the same way I am.”
By the looks of it, the designs are the quintessential amalgamation of the duo’s personal styles, featuring Muaddi’s signature flared heel and adorned with jewels that read ‘AWGE’.
