12 Arab Producers To Keep On Your Radar

to follow asap!

Often left out of conversations about music’s biggest names, producers have long been the unsung heroes of their own industry. For years, their presence was limited to either a beat tag— a sonic watermark staking claim to a sound— or a tiny mention in the credits, if that. But over the past decade, that status-quo has started to shift, allowing for more recognition to flow back to those that put a given song’s arrangements together — especially in rap music.

Historically, anyone not holding the mic rarely received the same spotlight or accolades as those who did—aside from the occasional star DJ. But with the rise of producer-artists like Metro Boomin, Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, and many more, this long-overlooked creative class is finally getting its flowers after years of work from behind the scenes.

Now capable of rivaling the very artists they once helped build—both in fame and sales—audio engineers and sound designers are finally getting a sliver of the spotlight they’ve long been denied.  And though there’s still a long way to go, the stage is beginning to widen, creating room for more people to fit, regardless of their background or genre of choice.

It should come as no surprise then to learn that our region has also been experiencing this shift, with a fair few producers beginning to make real noise. Don’t just take our word for it. Scroll down to discover 12 talented Arab producers to keep on your radar.

Prodby77

Nationality: Egyptian

Egypt-born Jeddah-based beatmaker 77 has been making waves over the past few years, working tightly with members of his collective, SVNBIRDS, as well as those that gravitate around it. Frequently seen designing sounds for some of Sudan’s most exciting artists of the new wave— including Montiyago, Soulja, and Walgz amongst others— the young composer is on a mission to take over charts, and nothing seems to be holding him back.

Hady Moamer

Nationality: Egyptian
An MC during the day and a beatmaker by night, Hady Moamer has, in a few years, managed what many don’t get the chance to in an entire life. Producing instrumentals for some of the global music industry’s most popular names, from Drake and Fetty Wap to J.Cole and Brent Faiyaz, the Luxor-born producer’s credits read like a greatest hits playlist of the last decade. It’s no wonder then that he has earned himself a Grammy nomination. Also known as Jean Bleu, Moamer is adamantly one of the most promising talents the region can vouch for, and he’s only getting started.

Ratchopper

Nationality: Tunisian
Responsible for some of 2025’s most listened-to songs, Tunisian producer Ratchopper is quickly becoming one of the industry’s most in-demand names. As the brilliant mind behind five out of six tracks on Saint Levant’s latest project Love Letters, the classically trained musician is now a regular sight at the top of the charts. And as his sound keeps on traveling, we can’t wait to see where it takes him in the months to come.

3headedmamba

Nationality: Algerian
3headedmamba is one of the few Arab female producers carving space in the very male-dominated industry that music is. Her latest track, Under Pressure, is a testament to her skills chopping it up behind FL Studio. At a time when women — especially from the MENA region — are still vastly underrepresented in music production, 3headedmamba is trying to break that mould one release at a time.

Ramoon

Nationality: Moroccan
Ramoon’s been in the game for a minute and for good reason: he’s in a lane of his own. Whether he’s placing beats internationally for artists like 6ix9ine or crafting bangers in his home turf as he recently did with Moroccan rapper 7ari, working with the North African producer guarantees going back home with a few hits and tracks that just slap. And if you haven’t caught on to his style yet, now should be the time.

Al Nather

Nationality: Palestinian
Known for his frequent collaboration with fellow Palestinian artist Shabjdeed, the duo from Ramallah have built a cult following off their complicity inside a recording studio. Thanks to his electronic-leaning productions and his sonic partner’s punchy lyrics, the co-founders of BLTNM— their own independent record label— are widely viewed as some of the region’s early disruptors, nurturing a sound that has since become their signature and that has heavily influenced the new generation’s rap scene.

Sleiman Damien

Nationality: Lebanese
The very definition of a hitmaker, the man with nearly a billion streams to his name is behind some of the Arab pop industry’s most danced-to tracks. From Haifa Wehbe and Balqees to Elyanna and Nai Barghouti, he’s worked with a roster of A-list talent. But whether his name rings a bell or not is beside the point as chances are, you’ve got one of his tracks saved somewhere without even realizing it.

Nationality: Moroccan
Don Bigg, INKONNU and PAUSE are some of the MCs who have had the pleasure of working with Aya over the years. The Moroccan producer, best known for leaning into the trap side of hip-hop, has made a name for herself as a go-to collaborator in the North African kingdom, earning herself a spot amongst those defining the region’s current underground sound.

El Waili

Nationality: Egyptian
Compared to the other producers on this list, El Waili’s style is quite hard to pinpoint. Though there’s no question on how much ground his sound can cover, we’d argue that he is best known for his blend of Egyptian chaabi with more electronically-focused riffs. Able to modernize traditional sounds without compromising a bit of their soul, an El Waili type beat can be recognized by the first note and will set the mood right by its second.

Khalil Cherradi

Nationality: Moroccan
It’s simple: if Khalil Cherradi’s name is in the credits, we’re pressing play. Heavily inspired by his Moroccan roots, he’s made the past few years his own, playing a key role in the rise of Algerian singer and songwriter TIF. Splitting his time between Casablanca and Paris, Cherradi’s ear and production talents have supported a wide range of artists including Saint Levant, Algerian MC Flenn and Marseille-based rapper Zamdane.

Noah Shebib

Nationality: Lebanese
Noah Shebib hardly needs an introduction. Also known by his stage name “40,” the Canadian-Lebanese producer has played a pivotal role in Drake’s career, having notably designed the sound behind many fan-favorite hits such as One Dance, The Motto or Back to Back. In addition to single-handedly shaping the 6-God’s (and by extension, Toronto’s, if we’re being real) sound, the two-time Grammy winner has also produced tracks for the likes of Beyonce, Lil Wayne, and Alicia Keys, among others.

Saud Al-Turki

Nationality: Saudi

A respected figure in the region’s music industry, Saud Al-Turki is a prolific producer as well as an influential voice across the Middle East.  From running a record label to helping build the future of Saudi music all while making his own, his overall contributions extend well beyond the studio and spill into the wider creative ecosystem.
