The most socially conscious generation. That’s just one descriptor Gen-Z has earned over the years. They’re also viewed as powerful and promising, capable of doing and being whatever they choose.
But Gen-Z suffers from extreme low self-esteem. A survey in 2017 by Universum, showed that 33 percent of Gen Z said they lacked the confidence to lead. Yes, the generation that’s known for championing inclusivity and diversity isn’t actually as empowered as you think.
