Who said that NFTs weren’t a thing anymore? Although it might seem a little late to jump on the bandwagon, some have finally made their minds up and started making their first steps into the cyber industry. The latest to make their foray into the digital sphere is part-Palestinian supermodel Bella Hadid.
The 25-year-old took to her official Instagram account to let her 53 million followers know about her latest venture. In an exclusive collaboration with reBASE, a social metaverse site, the California-bred model revealed that she is releasing over 10,000 unique non-fungible tokens to be purchased by fans and admirers.

To bring the collection to life, Hadid tasked 10 different artists with creating digital renditions of her using 3D scans of her body.
The NFTs were also drawn from portraits of the catwalk star dressed as a cyborg, which obviously sent some seismic waves across social media platforms and made millions sign up to the waiting list ahead of the release.
Marking a new beginning in the Dutch-Palestinian’s career, Hadid commented in an Instagram post: “With my utmost respect, our first CY-B3LLA has been revealed. One of my favorite destinations, people, food, and cultures in the world … JAPAN. I can’t wait to be back,” she wrote before asking fans if she should do her first meet up in Tokyo.
