Often when I’m out, I get jealous of men’s accessories. Usually lighter-weight and more practical, the often higher-priced women’s accessories seem to pale in comparison. However, with the current trend in sportswear, streetwear and utility wear taking over the runways, the accessories market is becoming vastly more inclusive.
Unisex (or genderless) accessories mark a further move towards equality in the fashion industry, from emerging unisex brands like Virtual Super Land (which also promotes a new augmented reality) to Jacquemus’s recent unisex fashion show.
