Cristiano Ronaldo seems to be adjusting quite well in Saudi Arabia after making the astonishing leap over from his boyhood club, Manchester United, to Riyadh’s Al Nassr. The quintuple Ballon d’Or winner has, since his transfer, played a total of eight games in which he managed to net eight goals and provide two assists. However, as much as fans may be interested in his on-field performances, many are also curious about how his family is adapting to life in the Kingdom. According to a new video that made the rounds on social media this week, it appears that Ronaldo’s children are thriving in their new environment.

In the heartwarming clip shared by Georgina Rodríguez, Ronaldo’s current partner, his two young daughters Eva and Alana can be seen reciting the days of the week in Arabic before singing a song in the same language. Rodríguez, clearly proud of her daughters’ quick and impressive progress, took the time to record their little stunt while holding her phone up to translate their words on Google at the same time.

“Our daughters already sing in Arabic,” Rodriguez captioned the adorable clip in Spanish, tagging her partner.

Clearly keen on embracing their new Saudi way of life, notably local customs, habits, and culture, it’s worth reminding that during Ronaldo’s unveiling ceremony, he surprised the crowd by speaking in Arabic, while Rodriguez, a fashion icon in her own right, donned an abaya as a sign of respect towards the country’s go-to apparel. The gestures were much appreciated by fans as they demonstrated the couple’s willingness to connect with their new audience on a personal level.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo’s daughters aren’t the only ones assimilating into their new home. His eldest son, Jr., has just recently joined Al Nassr’s academy and has been handed captaincy of his youth side which undoubtedly sounds like good music to the ears of football fans who are eager to see whether the apple will fall far from the tree.

For Ronaldo, who has always placed a great emphasis on family, it must be a relief to know that his children are thriving in their new environment as relocating to a new country can indeed be a daunting experience, especially at such a young age, but it seems as if everyone has had a smooth transition so far.
