Disney+ is coming to the middle east

The month of January is slowly reaching its end, but it still has a couple of surprises in store for us. Streaming giant Disney+ is on its way to the Arab world and we’re looking forward to it.

Launched in the winter of 2019, the American platform rapidly conquered fans of the brand from all around the world and they are finally about to cater for the greater Middle East after almost three years of existence.

Already available in over 30 countries, their expansion is about to include 16 Arabic-speaking countries, namely: UAE, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Yemen.

“With exclusive original content and thousands of episodes and movies from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and general entertainment from Star, Disney+ is the streaming home for some of the world’s most beloved stories” Disney said in a statement.

Although no official release date has been revealed so far, enthusiasts are also expecting more information in regards to prices to be communicated in the times to come.
