Dubai Fashion Week Reveals Its Spring 2026 Schedule And It’s Seriously Stacked

Mark your calendars

Fashion week may have just wrapped in Paris, but in Dubai, it’s just getting started. The Middle East’s fashion capital is already gearing up for the Spring/Summer 2026 edition of Dubai Fashion Week (DFW), returning to Dubai Design District (d3) from September 1 to 6. And if the preliminary schedule is anything to go by, this year will be one to remember.

Since its official rebranding in 2023 under the joint leadership of the Arab Fashion Council (AFC) and Dubai Design District, Dubai Fashion Week has wasted no time claiming its space on the international fashion calendar. It was recently added to the global fashion week circuit alongside the big four—New York, London, Milan, and Paris—putting it on the map for editors, buyers, and designers who may have once overlooked the region.

In fact, DFW will officially usher in the global fashion week marathon, with New York Fashion Week kicking off shortly after, from September 11 to 16. Dubai, in other words, is setting the tone for the month ahead, and it’s doing so in style.

This Spring/Summer 2026 edition marks the event’s most ambitious yet. Germany, the Netherlands, and Croatia will join the runway for the first time, showcasing emerging designers like Maison Novague, Chic & Holland, and XD Xenia. Meanwhile, regional heavyweights like Michael Cinco, Mrs. Keepa, Lama Jouni, and BLSSD will return to fly the flag for UAE fashion. The schedule spans couture and ready-to-wear, heritage craftsmanship and future-facing design, with names like Rizman Ruzaini (Malaysia), Tara Babylon (UK/Iraq), and Les Benjamins (Turkey) rounding out the mix.

More than just a parade of looks, DFW SS26 is shaping up to be a hub for serious industry discourse. Meta’s Threads Talks V4.0 is returning with panels on AI, sustainability, and shifting consumer habits. Expect less fluff, more substance: think buyers, brand consultants, and C-suite leaders tackling fashion’s thorniest questions head-on.

Behind the scenes, the Buyers Programme is expanding too, bringing in department stores, concept shops, and e-commerce giants from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for B2B matchmaking, private showrooms, and brand discovery. The goal? Turning creative energy into commercial momentum.

“As d3 celebrates over a decade of nurturing design excellence, this new and expanded edition of Dubai Fashion Week shows how we have grown together,” said Khadija Al Bastaki, Senior Vice President of Dubai Design District (d3), part of TECOM Group.

Echoing on her statement, Mohammed Aqra, Chief Strategy Officer at the Arab Fashion Council, says: “With new countries joining our runway, a strengthened Buyers Programme, and transformative conversations led by Threads Talks, this season represents a powerful evolution of our platform.”

Accreditation is now open, and the official calendar is just getting started. Whether you’re a buyer, editor, or just someone who loves a well-dressed moment, Dubai Fashion Week is one to watch.
