Eminem Set to Headline the 5th Edition of MDLBEAST Soundstorm

we’re gassed!

If you thought that MDLBEAST Soundstorm couldn’t get any better, think again. After welcoming music icons like 50 Cent, Metallica, and Travis Scott to rock Riyadh’s Banban desert, the festival has raised the stakes even higher. This week, it has been announced that Eminem, the multi-award-winning artist known for his provocative lyrics and daring performances, is set to headline the fifth edition of the annual music festival in December. It will be his first time performing in Saudi Arabia.

So far, Eminem, born Marshall Mathers, is the only artist who’s been confirmed for the forthcoming event, with the full lineup still under wraps. However, given Soundstorm’s track record of delivering stellar lineups year after year, there’s no doubt that the rest of the roster will be equally impressive. Previous headliners include Reggaeton legend J Balvin, Swiss DJ duo Adriatique, afrobeats star Wiz Kid, and up-and-coming Sudanese artist Soulja, to name just them. According to the festival’s schedule, Eminem is set to perform sometime between Dec. 12-14. Exact timetables will be shared closer to the date, adding to the anticipation surrounding the event.

But that’s not all. It has also been revealed that Eminem will be paying a visit to the UAE that same month as part of Abu Dhabi’s Grand Prix after-race concerts. Expected to take Etihad Park’s stage on Dec. 7, he will be joining several other internationally-recognized artists, such as Maroon 5 and Muse, for an unforgettable musical experience. Tickets for the events are already available for sale on the Grand Prix’s official website here.
