Euphoria’s Make-Up Artist is Giving a Free Zoom Masterclass

Dig out your glitter and rhinestones

by

No series has reflected the zeitgeist of Gen Z like HBO’s Euphoria. Much more than the poignant storyline and the characters’ nuanced portrayal of the teen experience; what makes Euphoria so uniquely powerful and resonant with younger audiences is its bold visual aesthetics—and in particular, the makeup.

Remember the glitter, neon eye shadow and rhinestones you spotted on the runways over the past few seasons? Well you can thank Euphoria for that. If you’re still stuck indoors (and are patiently waiting for season two), now is the perfect time to learn how to master those looks from the comfort of your home.

One of Euphoria’s (now-cult) makeup artists, Kirsten Coleman, is hosting a free masterclass that is open to everyone across the globe on May 15.

The hour-long masterclass will teach you how to recreate Euphoria’s signature eye looks. From gothic smoky eyes to bright colour-blocked eyeshadow, this is your chance to learn how to create the looks you have always wanted to try.

Want to join the makeup party? Register here and make sure you have eye shadow (gold, chestnut, and burgundy colours preferred), lipstick (nude preferred), blush (orange-hued preferred), concealer, mascara, brow pencil, tweezers, a fluffy eyeshadow brush, a smudge brush, face gems, and lash glue close to hand.

To get you in the mood, these are some of our favourite Coleman looks:
