Coming soon on Star TV

Turkish heartthrob Kerem Bürsin is back on the small screen in a gripping new series titled Çarpıntı (Flutter), blending psychological tension, emotional turmoil and struggle. Produced by OGM Pictures, the series is slated to premiere on Star TV mid-September.

What Is Çarpıntı (Flutter) About?

Çarpıntı follows the story of a young woman, Aslı Güneş, who receives a heart transplant after living her entire life with a severe illness. The donor? Melike Alkan, the daughter of a powerful Turkish family who died in a tragic accident.

But Aslı’s second chance at life plunges her into a world of trouble. Her mother, Hülya, is an avid opportunist who sees the transplant as a gateway into the Alkan family’s elite circle. On the other side, Reyhan Alkan —Melike’s mother— starts to see Aslı as the daughter she lost.

Amid this web of grief, identity, and manipulation emerges Aras Alkan, Melike’s cousin. Reserved, angry, and emotionally conflicted, Aras’s growing connection with Aslı forms the emotional core of the series.
