Only a few days are left before Dubai Bling’s show runners release their series’ latest installment, which is expected to premiere on Jan. 8, 2025. With a flurry of new faces joining the program’s already iconic cast, before the third season hits our screens, we want to make sure you know everything there is to know about the characters making their debut this time around.
Below, 6 must-know facts about Mahira Abdel Aziz, Dubai Bling’s newest cast-member.
She’s Egyptian-Emirati
Abdel Aziz was born on Nov. 6, 1989, in Dubai, to an Emirati father and an Egyptian mother. She is now 35-years-old.
She’s an architecture graduate
Before becoming the public figure she is today, Abdel Aziz pursued studies in architecture at the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. Upon graduation, she was awarded a gold medal for excellency for her final year thesis.
She’s a seasoned TV presenter
Prior her rise to fame, Abdel Aziz first made a name for herself in the realm of TV anchoring. Having kickstarted her career as a Business News correspondent for CNBC Arabiya, the 35-year-old icon became the face of several other media outlets, including MBC, AlArabiya TV, as well as her own real estate show.
She’s also an actress

When she’s not preparing for a fashion shoot or rushing through a newsroom, Abdel Aziz keeps herself busy on another front, namely acting. She made her debut in the Netflix series The Platform in 2020, and has since played parts in Mohamed Khirari’s drama The Promise (2024), and Ahmed Elbendary’s Visa (2023) amongst many other titles.

Abdel Aziz acknowledges the importance of helping underserved communities gain access to resources and support systems, championing initiatives that empower individuals to build brighter futures. In the past, she has worked narrowly with the United Nations in providing assistance to Syrian refugees living in Lebanon.
