As MDLBEAST Soundstorm prepares for its highly anticipated fifth edition, organizers are now in the stage of gradually unveiling the headlining acts that ticket-holders can look forward to seeing. Bit by bit, the Gulf State’s main music gathering has progressively been announcing some of the artists expected to flock to Riyadh between Dec. 12 and 14 to perform live. And after teasing the appearances of English rock band Muse, American rapper Eminem, and LA-based alternative duo 30 Seconds to Mars in the first wave of reveals, this week, the rest of the lineup was finally unveiled.

With over two months left before the festival officially kicks off, through a comprehensive list of names featuring an array of genres, styles, and performers, all of the artists expected to hit the stage in Riyadh’s BanBan desert were announced. Catering to all pockets of music, attendees with a penchant for hip-hop will be glad to learn that American rappers G-Eazy, Tyler the Creator, and Akon, amongst others, will be part of the forthcoming edition of Soundstorm. In the RnB category, Atlanta-born singer JID and Nigerian star Tems are also confirmed to join the roster.

Electronic music fans, on their side, will be able to dance their way through the night to the sounds of French-Algerian disc-spinner DJ Snake, part-Moroccan house legend David Guetta, and Saudi record mixer Cosmicat, to name just a few. South African DJ Black Coffee, Swiss electronic music producers Adriatique, and Italian brothers Mathame are also lined up to join the fun.

Despite this being just the tip of a much larger iceberg featuring over 50 names, on Soundstorm’s official website, it was added that more acts can be expected to be announced.  That said, no further information as to who exactly or when their names will be communicated has been provided.

In the meantime, the full list of confirmed artists can be accessed through this link.

Tickets for MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2024 are now available, with general admission and VIB three-day passes starting at SAR 239 as part of a National Day promotion.
