Is Love Island’s Huda Mustafa Teaming Up with Huda Beauty?

two Huda's are better than one

Since Love Island USA Season 7 wrapped on July 13, fan favorite Huda Mustafa has kept a relatively low profile online, but that doesn’t mean she’s been sitting still. The 24-year-old Palestinian fitness instructor, who placed third this season, has been spotted across the pond making some interesting moves. First, she was seen leaving Gymshark HQ in London, sparking talk of a possible fitness collab, then a few days later, she was photographed alongside the Global Director of Huda Beauty. Naturally, fans are asking: could a Huda x Huda collab be on the way?

Though nothing has been confirmed and this is all speculation for now, it wouldn’t be a stretch. In the villa, Mustafa was constantly praised for her signature glam—especially those fluttery, dramatic lashes, which she later revealed were expertly applied clusters, and her signature faux freckles, which she drew on every day. A freckle pen or lash drop would make perfect sense, especially considering Huda Kattan built her billion-dollar beauty empire on a single pair of false eyelashes.

Before the foundations, palettes, and cult-favorite lip liners, the first Huda Beauty product was a collection of false eyelashes released in 2011. Fast forward a few years, and the brand is now the world’s most popular cosmetics label, stocked everywhere from Sephora to cult makeup shelves around the world.

Kattan, who recently returned as CEO of her brand, is also using her platform in more purpose-driven ways. Recently, she teamed up with part-Palestinian artist Saint Levant on a limited-edition line of Palestinian-inspired lip oils, donating 100% of proceeds ($210,000) to medical relief efforts in Gaza.

A potential collab with Mustafa—who is also Palestinian—would not only feel aligned, but timely. It would spotlight an emerging Arab-American voice in pop culture, and build on the brand’s growing commitment to using beauty as a space for identity, visibility, and impact.

Again, none of this is confirmed, but it wouldn’t be surprising if something’s already in the works. Whether it’s lashes, or something entirely unexpected, this might just be a duo worth watching.
