US pop star Katy Perry is set to perform at the upcoming Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 for the Yasalam After-Race Concerts in the UAE capital, it’s been revealed. The four-day racing event, which is taking place from Dec. 4 to 7 will welcome the world’s most famous drivers as well as some of the biggest names in music.
The concert will take place on Sunday Dec. 7 at Etihad Park–the last day of the racing extravaganza–where the Grammy award-winning singer will perform some of her biggest hits such as California Girls, Firework, and Roar to a live crowd for the first time in Abu Dhabi.
This marks Perry’s fourth performance in the UAE, following her New Year’s Eve concert at du Arena in 2017, a private event during the Dubai Airshow in 2015, and the closing ceremony of the World Parachuting Championships in 2012.
To attend the concert, fans must have tickets to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025, as access to the Yasalam After-Race Concerts is exclusive to race ticket holders. Tickets are available for purchase on the official Abu Dhabi Grand Prix website, with options to upgrade to the Golden Circle for priority access.
Perry is the first artist to be announced for this year’s after-race concerts in Abu Dhabi. The other headliners are yet to be revealed. Watch this space.
