Limassol Gets Loud: BEONIX Festival Unveils Line Up Ahead of 2025 Edition

we’ll be there, will you?

Festival season is well underway, and as we write these lines, most Mediterranean countires have already lit our feeds up with scenes of euphoric crowds, fireworks cracking over the sea, and DJs keeping the energy alive well into the early hours of the morning. With plenty more parties on the horizon, summer 2025 clearly isn’t done with us. And while the sheer number of options can feel overwhelming, our eyes are locked on BEONIX in Cyprus: an electronic music festival that’s more than worth the flight, the miles, and the inevitable next-day fatigue.

Working towards what should be remembered as their loudest edition to date, between Sept. 19–21, Limassol will temporarily transform into a capital of sound, with electronic music makers from all corners of the world expected to flock over and share sets best experienced with a drink in hand and no clue what time it is. Held inside ETKO, a historic winery that was recently restored, it will be across four different stages that over 50 international artists will take over decks, filling every corner of the space — from sun-drenched courtyards to shadowy industrial rooms — with everything from deep, rolling techno to high-energy house spilling out of speakers and reverberating off walls.

From what’s been shared so far, ravers who’ll make the trip will have plenty to get excited about. In for a multi-sensory ride, party-goers will be able to shake their heads to some of the scene’s most revered and in-demand artists from Swiss DJ Duo Adriatique and German disc spinner Boris Brejcha to South African selector Shimza, Australian beat-blender Juliet Fox and Uruguayan mixmaster Tania Vulcano. And if none of that gets you packing, how about this: Limassol is less than a three hour flight from most of the Arab World’s big cities whether you’re flying from Cairo, Beirut or Riyadh, making it the perfect excuse for one last sun-soaked escape before the school year starts.

As we count down the weeks until the festival kicks off—and while you’re still deciding which flight to catch and which outfits to pack—we turned to BEONIX’s A&R Director, Andrej Buhonov, to curate an exclusive playlist featuring some of his favorite tracks from artists on this year’s lineup to help you wait while getting hyped.

Keep reading for a sneak peek of the sounds you’ll be dancing to — and maybe even discovering your new favorite artist before you land.
