LOEWE Teams Up with Studio Ghibli for a Collection

*Instantly adds to cart*

When two brands of this calibre decide to meet, it’s almost impossible for them not to serve. Both anchors in their own respective fields, Spanish luxury house Loewe and Japanese Studio Ghibli will be inking a second limited-edition collection that is set to go live this January 7.

Drawing inspiration from one of Hayao Miyazaki’s all-time classics titled Spirited Away, Loewe will pay homage to the animated movie by knitting some of the iconic and unforgettable characters onto a fresh and cosy line of sweatshirts, cardigans, trousers and other outerwear pieces.

In synch with the current season, the line is also believed to carry some winter accessories too. Released two decades ago back in 2001, Spirited Away trails the adventures of 10-year-old Chihiro Ogino and her parents as they stumbled across a haunted amusement park filled with supernatural beings and species.

Almost day for day since the first capsule collection went out for sale last year, this newly updated line of clothing will hopefully be as much of a success as the previous one.
