A fan-favorite in his native Egypt, renowned Alexandrian rapper Marwan Pablo has just announced that he will soon be embarking on a European tour in the next few months. Powered and organized by American events promoter and venue operator Live Nation, the North African MC is scheduled to take the stage across several of the Old Continent’s capitals, through four dates respectively in London, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Paris.
But that’s not all— the recently-appointed Diesel ambassador will also be performing in his hometown Alexandria as well as in Istanbul, he revealed on Instagram. He also hinted at additional dates and locations maybe being shared later, as he noted in the caption of his post.
After years spent in and out of retirement from the industry, it goes without saying that the region’s hip-hop community is buzzing with excitement. Clearly unable to step back from the realm that’s made his fame, and through which he expresses himself best, for a prolonged period of time, seeing Pablo so actively involved in providing his fans, at home or abroad, with the music that has become their anthem is not only thrilling but, most importantly, a sign that the Arab World’s days of sonic glory are far from over.
Tickets are already available for sale, and can be purchased online.
