Prada Drops Neon Linea Rossa Cycling Glasses

The late 90s trend isn’t going anywhere

After several decades of silence, the fashion world welcomed the return of Prada’s iconic sports line, Linea Rossa, with open arms last year. The label, which was launched in 1997, weaved its way back into our hearts with a neon-heavy collection that stays true to its 90s roots, complete with its iconic red-striped logo.

And today the Italian fashion house has dropped their new Spring/Summer sunglasses collection, and we’re ready to cop every piece.

If you’re looking for the perfect summer 2019 sunglasses, this range is perfect. In line with its strong millennial following, the glasses are bright, bold and beautiful, featuring a neon colour-palette and a selection of styles that are straight out of a 90s retro-futuristic sci-fi film.

With a large, wraparound shield front, the rubber-coated sunglasses come in high-visibility tones of orange, fluorescent yellow, neon green, and a muted grey iteration that’s sure to take you back to the early 2000s. But if staying low-key is more your thing, you’ll be happy to know the collection also includes black and white versions. As for the lenses, you’ll have a choice between mirrored colours that include periwinkle, chrome green, iridescent red and black.
