It’s official: Indian influencer Rosemin Opgenhaffen is entering the beauty game. With over two decades of experience across fashion, beauty, and media — including launching the Middle East’s first PR and multi-brand showroom and even having a Christian Louboutin shoe named after her — the Canada-born, Dubai-based entrepreneur is pivoting. No longer content with building other people’s brands, she’s now turning her focus inward, setting out to create her own from the ground up.
Rosemin Beauty, named after its founder, was created to address a gap Opgenhaffen has long observed firsthand: global cosmetic brands often overlook the nuanced undertones and pigmentation needs of women across the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in the industry, the beauty guru set out to create the products she felt were missing— formulas developed specifically for complexions that have historically been underserved and sidelined in the global beauty conversation.
“Rosemin Beauty exists because I tried everything and longed for more. Pigmentation is not a flaw; it is a skin fact that deserves specialized innovation and after years of searching, I created it myself,” Opgenhaffen said. “We have replaced complexity with high-performance formulas that provide precise correction and effortless elegance, ensuring a seamless transition from the boardroom to the evening gala,” she added.
To bring her idea to execution, Opgenhaffen called on some of the world’s leading labs to ensure both performance and precision. The result is a tightly edited lineup that moves beyond the industry’s tired “one-size-fits-all” formula, instead offering what the brand describes as intelligent coverage— products engineered to work harder and smarter, streamlining routines without sacrificing a polished, high-glamour finish.
Some of the standout pieces from the debut drop include the Daily Radiance Correct & Conceal Duo— a skincare-meets-pigment hybrid designed to brighten and even out the complexion without feeling heavy— alongside The Eye Collection, which brings together the Velvet Glide Eyeliner, Velvet Ink Liquid Eye Pen, and Velvet Lash Lift Mascara for high-impact definition that actually lasts, even in unforgiving climates. Then there’s The Essentials Eyeshadow Palette (2026), a tightly edited mix of rich, versatile shades that subtly nod to regional heritage while still delivering that clean, modern, editorial finish.
