To mark the end of 2025 and the start of 2026, iconic streetwear label Shabab has announced a three-day sale at its Al Serkal-based space, The Laboratory, offering 50% off all items from Dec. 26 to 28. While nothing else has been announced, Shabab’s events usually double as a meeting point for the city’s music and fashion crowd, with plenty of familiar faces passing through. If there was ever any doubt that Hassan Hajjaj and Achraf Hakimi are close friends, this should seal it. Inspired by sfifa—the hand-braided embroidery technique traditionally used to make Moroccan djellabas — the design translates heritage into performance without slipping into nostalgia. Coming in crimson red and black, and stamped with both Hakimi’s and Hajjaj’s names on the heel, the boots will carry Hakimi through the tournament—ideally, for as long as Morocco stay in the race.
