Rosita Missoni, the co-founder of Italian luxury label Missoni, passed away at age 93. Together with her late husband, Ottavio Missoni, she brought zigzag patterns to the forefront of haute-couture, dazzling runways with her colorful knitwear patterns and instantly recognizable aesthetic. Her passing comes just weeks before Milan Fashion Week, a time when her native homeland’s fashion industry usually gathers to share its latest sartorial creations with the greater public. Given the tragic piece of news, we can only expect it to acknowledge her loss and celebrate her incredible work in some meaningful way.

Rolex Raise Watch Prices After Gold Value Surges

Swiss watchmakers Rolex have just announced increasing the price of some of its timepieces after the global rise of the value of gold. In 2024, the price of gold reportedly surged by 27%, allegedly prompting officials at the luxury watchmaker to cushion the rising material costs in some of their products price tags. Les Benjamins Drop Collab’ Collection With Russian Influencer Hasbulla

Turkish streetwear brand Les Benjamins has just teamed up with HSB, the label founded by viral Russian influencer Hasbulla. Their recently released line, which is already available in a few select stores and online through their e-shop, includes a graphic tee featuring Les Benjamins founder Benji with Hasbulla on a flying carpet, a polo shirt, a hoodie, and cotton shorts, all adorned with a yellow co-branded logo. Launched at Les Benjamins’ flagship store in Dubai Mall, the collection screams outfit for lazy Sundays spent at home, and we might cop a pair just to see if they’re as comfy as they look.

Issey Miyake Launches New Eyewear Range

Ring in the new year with style as Japanese label Issey Miyake has just announced releasing a stunning collection of eyeglass frames crafted from wood. Aptly named Wood, the new line is a collaboration between Miyake and Nippon eyewear brand Kaneko Optical. The collection offers four distinct styles— Round, Hexagon, Square, and Boston— all in classic black, and featuring lightweight titanium hinges for added durability and comfort. Regardless of the frame or lens style you choose to pair the lens-holders with, each pair is priced at $350.
