Nadine Nassib Njeim Makes MARLI Her Own in New Campaign
Celebrity jewelry campaigns can sometimes feel like an exercise in accessorizing a famous face, but MARLI New York is giving Nadine Nassib Njeim a little more room to play. For the latest chapter of its “How Do You Style a MARLI?” campaign, the Lebanese actress and the brand’s Middle East ambassador takes control of the styling, moving through five looks featuring pieces from Cleo, Tip-Top, Empire, Jazz, and Moonlight. The standout is a custom Tip-Top Statement set in black onyx and rose gold created specifically for Njeim, continuing a relationship that previously saw MARLI design the one-of-a-kind “The Darling” High Style Jewelry set she wore to the 2026 Cannes Film Festival. This time, the focus shifts from the red carpet to personal style, with Njeim layering and combining pieces according to her own approach to getting dressed. “Putting them together, layering them, choosing what feels right in the moment is where the real expression happens,” she says. It makes for a campaign that treats jewelry less like the finishing touch and more like part of the outfit-building process itself.

Dior Is Taking Its Cruise 2028 Show to Shanghai
Dior is heading to Shanghai for Cruise 2028, with Jonathan Anderson set to unveil the collection in the Chinese city on May 14, 2027, making the house the first major French label to announce the destination for its next cruise show. The presentation will mark Anderson’s first major showing in Asia since taking over Dior and continues an increasingly international calendar that has already taken Cruise 2027 to Los Angeles, with a pre-fall show in Dublin scheduled for December 4. Shanghai also comes with plenty of Dior history. John Galliano staged the house’s Cruise 2011 collection there in 2010, while Dior returned for its pre-fall 2021 runway at the Long Museum and, more recently, a Miss Dior exhibition at the Fosun Foundation.
Donatella Versace Is Launching a New Brand With Revolve
Donatella Versace has revealed her next chapter after stepping down as Versace’s Chief Creative Officer in 2025, announcing plans to launch a new fashion and beauty label with Revolve Group in 2027. The yet-to-be-named brand will combine Versace’s creative direction with Revolve’s e-commerce infrastructure and global reach, giving the designer a new platform after more than three decades at the helm of her family’s house. “Together, we want to create that connection with a new voice, a new look, and a new energy,” Versace said of the partnership. The venture follows Prada Group’s acquisition of Versace from Capri Holdings for more than $1 billion, completed in December 2025. Donatella remains Versace’s chief brand ambassador while preparing to build her first major project outside the house synonymous with her name.
Glenn Martens Bids Farewell to Diesel With One Final Blowout
Glenn Martens closed out his six-year tenure at Diesel with a suitably maximalist SS27 show in Milan, days after the Italian denim label confirmed his departure. The nearly 90-look collection offered a final dose of the experimentation that defined his time at the house, with coated and laser-cut denim masquerading as leather, trompe l’oeil outerwear, hybrid “pantasocks,” twisted knits, and orchid-shaped cutouts running across distressed fabrics. Diesel founder and OTB chairman Renzo Rosso credited Martens with bringing the brand “back to the centre of the global fashion conversation,” a fitting summary of a tenure that turned the label’s runway into an event in itself. From models displayed inside glass eggs to enormous inflatable figures and sets constructed from more than 50,000 pieces of Diesel ephemera, Martens consistently pushed the traditional fashion-show format while sharpening Diesel’s irreverent, sexy approach to denim. SS27 served as a final reminder of the creative formula he leaves behind, equal parts experimentation, spectacle, humor, and very good jeans.
Studio Underd0g Turns a UAE Dinner Staple Into a Watch
Studio Underd0g has found unlikely inspiration for its latest watch in the chan3ad, or kingfish, a familiar catch in UAE waters. Created with Ahmed Seddiqi following the British microbrand’s appearance at Dubai Watch Week 2025, the limited-edition 03SERIES Chan3ad translates the fish surprisingly literally, and somehow makes it work. Its twin-layer dial pairs a blue-grey dégradé surface inspired by kingfish scales with pale pink underneath referencing the flesh, while flashes of yellow nod to the lemon it is commonly served with and Eastern Arabic numerals bring the regional reference onto the dial itself. The fish theme even reaches the wrist with a black Icelandic salmon-leather strap made from food-industry by-product, alongside an additional Milanese mesh option. Beneath all the playfulness is some serious watchmaking, with a manually wound Swiss Sellita SW510-M monopusher chronograph and a 63-hour power reserve. imited to 100 individually numbered pieces and priced at AED 9,600, the 03SERIES Chan3ad is available exclusively through Ahmed Seddiqi.
Reemami Turns Childhood Memories Into Its Biggest Collection Yet
Reemami is digging through the family photo album for As I Remember It, its most expansive collection to date, with 65 looks developed over a year and a half from designer Reema Al Banna’s childhood memories, Palestinian heritage, Bedouin dress, old photographs, toys, traditional clothing and even the decidedly less glamorous imagery of growing up with a dentist for a father. The result feels appropriately personal and a little strange, with toothbrushes and childhood dental photographs sharing space with Palestinian wildflowers, horses, tatreez and the checked wizar traditionally worn by Bedouin men. Instead of treating those references as untouchable artifacts, Al Banna pulls them apart. Tatreez motifs are enlarged, stretched and transformed into everything from graphic bursts to zebra-like prints, while the agal inspires rope details that cut through and reshape garments. Across five chapters, Reemami applies that same logic to construction, exaggerating pleats and proportions, mixing deadstock fabrics, lace, denim, corduroy and organza, and turning memories into clothes that occasionally feel as unpredictable as memory itself. It is an especially fitting approach to Palestinian heritage right now. As I Remember It understands remembering as an active process, where what is inherited can be preserved by continuing to use it, alter it and make something new from it.
