Well, get ready for round two. Netflix has confirmed that it’s bringing back the hit show to our television screens. And the streaming service promises that it’ll live up to its lockdown hype, saying it’ll bring even “more madness and mayhem” than before.
The news comes as Netflix dropped a trailer for its upcoming true crime series—with footage from the upcoming sequel. And yes, Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin themselves will be making an appearance.
If that wasn’t enough. The Tiger King phenomenon has made its way to the big screen in more ways than one. Another series based on the show is also currently in production, with SNL’s Emmy winner Kate McKinnon to take on the role of Carol Baskin and John Cameron Mitchell to play Joe Exotic.
