Tiktok is Hosting a Digital Concert with Your Favourite Arab Celebs

From Issam Al Najjar to Grini

To mark the end of a very hectic 2021, Tiktok Middle East is showing out to help us blow off some steam. The Gen-Z favorite app is putting up a digital concert to serenade us into the new year.

Several of the region’s main names have been invited to celebrate 2022 through this COVID-free gathering with Jordanian sensation Issam Al Najjar and Moroccan singer Grini headlining the virtual show. Both are more than just well-recognised faces in the region and they won’t be stepping up on the app’s stage alone.

An undisclosed number of popular TikTok content creators will also be seen taking part in the festivities for what is expected to be the event to make sure not to miss from wherever you may be.

This is not the first time that the Chinese platform has organised an exclusive online performance for its users. Lebanese star singer Nancy Ajram had already taken over Tiktok back in September 2020 for an unprecedented musical live stream.

Making sure that those affected by the ongoing pandemic can still take part in some sort of end of year celebration, the event is to be watched through the app for free. The concert is set to place this Friday evening, the event will kick off at 10:30 pm and will run until 12:30 am GST.
