If you’ve yet to play ‘We’re Not Really Strangers’, you might want to hop on the bandwagon. You might have seen the red and white cards floating on social media, posing questions like ‘how do you describe the feeling of being loved’ or ‘what’s been your happiest memory this past year?’
Created by model Koreen Odiney in 2018, the card game and online phenomenon was designed to tap into your inner conscious. And Valentino is looking to do the same. The Italian fashion house teamed up with Odiney to create an iteration of their own.

The Valentino x We’re Not Really Strangers game features 25 cards featuring the house’s emblematic V logo, with questions that explore concepts of empathy, individuality and positivity.
“Cornerstones of both Valentino and We’re Not Really Strangers are all on the table for the new game, envisioned by Koreen to be played among friends, loved ones, or even someone you’ve just met,” said the company in a statement.
The questions include ‘When was the last time you felt truly understood by somebody?’ ‘Who was it?’ and ‘What did they understand?’.
The full deck of cards will be revealed on Valentino’s website, where you can play the game online. To commemorate the new partnership, Valentino’s creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli and Koreen will play the game, and it will be streamed simultaneously on Valentino’s Instagram page as well as We Are Not Really Strangers’.
