Gyms are no longer just a place to sweat. For many people, they have become places to find community, build routines, recover, and connect with like-minded people. Few have embraced that evolution as successfully as Warehouse Gym. Now, the homegrown fitness brand— known for its industrial interiors, street-art-covered walls, late-night classes, and community-first energy— is continuing its UAE expansion with a new location opening at Sheikha Fatima Park, alongside upcoming launches planned across First Avenue Mall, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Ras Al Khaimah, and the relaunch of its DIFC branch later this year.
The timing makes sense. Fitness isn’t niche anymore and the booming UAE wellness scene is the ultimate proof. Hyrox is everywhere, run clubs are replacing brunches, Pilates classes are booked out days in advance, and everyone suddenly owns a Garmin. Meanwhile, Warehouse Gym says it has recorded a 43% increase in cumulative check-ins and a 40% rise in class attendance across its network, reflecting the wider shift happening across the country.
“Warehouse Gym’s expansion reflects both the growing demand for premium fitness experiences in the UAE and our long-term commitment to building a sustainable, community-led business across the region,” says Kevin Teixeira, Co-founder and Managing Director of Warehouse Gym.
“As a homegrown brand, we are focused on scaling strategically by investing in our people, expanding into high-potential communities, and continuously evolving our offering to meet the changing expectations of today’s members,” he adds.
The new Sheikha Fatima Park location taps directly into how people are training now, featuring reformer Pilates studios, dedicated Hyrox and CrossFit zones, functional fitness spaces, and fully accessible facilities. But beyond fitness, Warehouse Gym has also been leaning further into conversations around mental wellbeing and community.
Earlier this year, the brand launched Mind Games— a male-only fitness competition focused on helping de-stigmatize conversations around men’s mental health through movement, competition, and community. The event brought together 75 athletes and more than 200 spectators, alongside partners including Red Bull, C4, GymSox, Man Cave, and GymSkin.
Over a decade on from its launch in a converted Dubai warehouse, Warehouse Gym has become one of the country’s most recognizable names in fitness. More than that, it has helped create the kind of gym culture that keeps people coming back long after the workout is over.
