Chanel Unveils Cruise 2026 Show in Lake Como

Chanel’s Cruise 2025/26 collection takes us on a dreamy Italian escape, straight to the legendary Villa d’Este on Lake Como—a glamorous hideaway loved by artists, film stars, and fashion royalty. Inspired by the vibe of hotel life and sun-soaked summer nights, the collection mixes romantic pastel ball gowns with disco-ready sequined suits, lamé jumpsuits, and feather-light evening looks. Think peachy-pink taffeta, striped knits, flared trousers, and delicate floral embroidery pulled straight from the villa’s lush gardens. There’s a touch of nostalgia too, with nods to classic cruise wear like crisp white trousers, sailor stripes, and breezy cardigans. Accessories bring the whole look together: strings of pearls, silk scarves, oversized sunglasses, and poolside-ready bags. Captured in a teaser film by Sofia Coppola, the whole thing feels like a love letter to summer dressing—effortless, elegant, and just the right amount of extra. It also serves as a palette cleanser before fashion’s beloved Matthieu Blazy officially takes the reins at the house, marking a fresh chapter for Chanel.

Fendi To Show Coed Centennial Collection in September

Following its coed Fall 2025 show in February, Fendi will continue with the same format for Spring 2026, opting out of Milan Men’s Fashion Week this June and instead staging a coed runway in September during Milan Fashion Week, according to WWD. Led by Silvia Venturini Fendi—artistic director of menswear and accessories, and now helming all collections following Kim Jones’ departure in October—the upcoming show will mark both the House’s 100th anniversary and the grand opening of its new six-story flagship on Via Montenapoleone, which will include four retail floors and a Langosteria restaurant. This will be only the second time in Fendi’s history that both men’s and women’s collections are shown together under Venturini Fendi’s direction. The date and time of the September show have yet to be announced, and the brand has not named a replacement for Kim Jones, stating a new creative director will be revealed “in due time.”

Drake Launches His First Fragrance

Drake’s Better World Fragrance House has launched its first-ever eau de parfum, Summer Mink—a rich Amber Woody scent that opens with Italian citrus and sage, evolves into spicy Jasmine Sambac, and settles on a base of vetiver and creamy musk. Housed in a striking bottle that fuses opposites—a navy sphere balanced on a sharp rectangular base—the fragrance embodies a yin-yang philosophy of warm and cool elements. “The composition was crafted to reflect a multinational culture with aspirations toward a Better World,” said Givaudan perfumer Michael Carby. Following the success of “Carby Musk” earlier this year, this new release marks a major retail milestone with its exclusive debut at Ulta Beauty, available across 1,400 locations nationwide. As Lori Singer, President of Parlux Ltd., notes, it’s a “standout fragrance experience” and a key step in making Drake’s vision more accessible. Summer Mink is now available in a 3.4oz bottle for $148 on the Better World Fragrance House site, with its in-store rollout coming this spring

On May 11, El Clásico—Spain’s biggest football match between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid—will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Barcelona, and this year, FC Barcelona will hit the pitch wearing a jersey designed by none other than Travis Scott. Joining previous collaborators like Drake, Rosalía, and the Rolling Stones, Scott is the latest artist to team up with Spotify on their sixth jersey takeover, replacing the usual Spotify logo with his iconic Cactus Jack branding, written in gold across the maroon and navy shirt. Alongside the match-day jersey, a full capsule collection featuring exclusive apparel and accessories will drop on May 9 via TravisScott.com. To top it off, Scott will host an invite-only concert—the first of his career in Barcelona—on May 10, packed with fan-led moments and immersive activations in celebration of the collection and the legendary match.

Italian Designer Riccardo Tisci Is Being Sued

Italian fashion designer Riccardo Tisci has been accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed Tuesday with the Supreme Court of the State of New York. According to the complaint, plaintiff Patrick Cooper alleges that on June 29, 2024, Tisci drugged his drink during an outing at a restaurant in East Harlem, then took him to his home, where he allegedly prevented Cooper from leaving and sexually assaulted him. Cooper claims he later awoke naked with Tisci also naked beside him and was “unable to reject, fight, stop or defend himself” due to the effects of the alleged drugging. Tisci previously served as chief creative officer at Burberry (2018–2023) and artistic director at Givenchy (2005–2017).
