Zegna Swaps Milan for Dubai in a Desert-Inspired SS26 Showcase

For the first time, Zegna has taken its runway outside Milan, choosing Dubai as the backdrop for its Spring 2026 show, a strategic move that highlights the brand’s growing focus on the Middle East luxury market. Held alongside the immersive “Villa Zegna” brand experience, the show opened with a live piano performance by British artist James Blake, setting a relaxed tone that carried through the collection. Tailoring met vacation ease in silhouettes that featured popped collars, open chests, and breezy fabrics in desert-hued checks and stripes. The show then transitioned into a lush green palette—lime, olive, forest—crafted from linens, silks, and light wools, with safari pockets, monk collars, and pleated shorts bringing texture and detail. The finale burst into saturated sunset shades of pink, coral, and deep red, offering a playful, Gen Z-friendly twist with oversized waffle polos and high-cut shorts. With six stores in Dubai and a strong retail presence across the region, Zegna’s choice of location makes sense: in 2024, the brand’s parent group reported over $700 million in sales across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, accounting for 35% of its total revenue.

Louis Vuitton has been named the official formal and travel wear supplier for Real Madrid’s men’s and women’s football teams, as well as its men’s basketball team, marking a multi-year partnership that merges sport with high fashion on an unprecedented scale. Designed by Louis Vuitton Men’s Creative Director Pharrell Williams, the wardrobe includes custom-tailored suits, ready-to-wear pieces, and exclusive accessories. Highlights include sleek formalwear with embossed leather tags, LV Soft shoes, and a bespoke travel line featuring Monogrammed Horizon suitcases, Keepall bags, and Christopher backpacks, detailed in Real Madrid’s white-and-gold. None of it will be available for sale, highlighting the bespoke nature of the collaboration. The launch campaign stars players like Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Júnior posing atop LV trunks outside Santiago-Bernabéu Stadium—signaling a new era where football’s most decorated club gets dressed by fashion’s most iconic house. For Louis Vuitton, it’s a natural next step in its longstanding relationship with elite sports, including trophy trunks for the FIFA World Cup and Ballon d’Or. For Real Madrid, it’s a style statement fit for champions.

Casablanca has officially opened the doors to its first physical boutique, right in the heart of Paris at 62 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, just a stone’s throw away from luxury heavyweights like Comme des Garçons and Hermès. The Parisian label, founded in 2018 by Charaf Tajer, is marking a new chapter with a 5,000 sq ft, three-level space that embodies its eclectic DNA. Designed with a deconstructed tennis court layout inspired by architect Carlo Scarpa, the boutique fuses North African influences with Japanese minimalism and classical Greek motifs. Blue, red, and green tones run throughout the space, paired with Carrara marble mosaics, velvet textures, lacquered wood, and a glowing ceiling installation. Downstairs, plush green carpet covers floors and walls, offering a sleek, modernist contrast with transparent displays that feel straight out of a Severance episode. Parisian heritage design cues—arched niches and ornate moldings—anchor the store in the city’s timeless charm. This Paris flagship marks the start of a wider retail rollout, with Beverly Hills up next in August, and other cities like New York, Miami, London, Milan, and Dubai on the horizon.

Chloé’s New Nomade Fragrance Pays Tribute to Egypt

Supplied

Chloé has unveiled the latest chapter in its Nomade fragrance line: Lumière d’Égypte, a radiant scent inspired by Alexandria, the birthplace of the maison’s founder, Gaby Aghion. The campaign stars none other than Yasmine Zahran, who brings the spirit of the Nomade woman to life—free, intuitive, and deeply rooted in heritage. The fragrance marks the newest chapter in the Nomade line. This time, it’s a sensory journey along the Nile, with olfactory notes that mirror the landscape: soft blue lotus unfurling at daybreak, sun-warmed jasmine, and the ancient, earthy complexity of kyphi—a sacred incense once burned in Egyptian temples and reimagined here with cinnamon bark, sandalwood, myrrh, and spicy pink pepper. Crafted by master perfumer Cécile Matton, Lumière d’Égypte captures the coolness of river waters, the dry heat of the desert, and the luminosity of Egyptian light in a bottle. The result is an airy, sensual eau de parfum that balances floral freshness with deep, mineral warmth.

Ferragamo’s Pre-Fall 2025 Campaign Is a Love Letter to Old Hollywood

Supplied

Ferragamo is rolling out the red carpet for Pre-Fall 2025 with a cinematic campaign that feels like a film set straight out of golden-age Hollywood. Titled Ready, Set, Action, the campaign was shot at Rome’s iconic Cinecittà Studios and directed by filmmaker Alice Rohrwacher. Creative director Maximilian Davis splits the campaign into three stylish mini-films. First up: L’Appuntamento, where a classic Ferragamo slingback gets its star moment as the model preps for her close-up. Then there’s L’Avventura, all breezy raffia bags, cork heels, and scrim-fabric waves. Finally, Doppio Sogno heads into the Tuscan countryside, with soft leather bags and ballet-pump doppelgängers cycling through sun-drenched scenes. The campaign is part nostalgia, part now. It nods to Salvatore Ferragamo’s OG Hollywood roots (remember, he was literally “shoemaker to the stars”) while spotlighting a new kind of leading lady—poised, playful, and perfectly dressed for her own story. Curtain up.
