XP Music Futures Reveals Exciting Lineup for 2024 Edition

From Dec. 5-7

XP Music Futures, the annual music conference by the MDLBEAST Foundation, returns this December to Riyadh’s JAX District, for its fourth edition. Set to get underway from Dec. 5 to 7, this three-day event will bring together the region’s loudest voices both in the MENA region and globally. Featuring names like Dystinct, Marcella Araica, Asayel, Fulana, and Dish Dash, among others, the 2024 edition will explore the evolving soundscapes of the region through a series of thought-provoking panels, workshops, and discussions.

One of the highlights of this year’s program is XP Presents, which will focus on Nigerian talent. Artists such as Joeboy, Kold AF, and Wizard Chan are invited to showcase Nigeria’s massive influence on the global sound. Their presence aligns with XP Music Futures’ core mission to drive innovation, growth, and international impact within the MENA music ecosystem, while also elevating African music’s contribution to the world stage.

Temi Adeniji, Managing Director of Warner Music Africa, expressed her enthusiasm about the platform’s focus on African music, saying, “I’m really excited to see XP shining a spotlight on music from the African continent and honored to be part of the conversation.”

This year’s edition will host a diverse panel of voices from across the globe, including Mohini Dey, Bas, DJ Yoda, KIKO, and Bombino, to share their expertise and insights. Previous editions have featured renowned figures such as Don Cannon, DJ Khaled, Cosmicat, Nicole Moudaber, Fat Joe, and David Guetta.

The MDLBEAST Foundation, which is dedicated to revolutionizing the music industry through community empowerment and growth, plays a pivotal role in organizing this annual event. With initiatives that prioritize sustainability, well-being, and innovation, the foundation’s work extends beyond XP Music Futures. Its focus on research and policy development—evident in projects like Hearful, which addresses hearing health in the music industry—highlights its commitment to a holistic approach to the music ecosystem.
