Whilst we’re locked into our homes, it’s important to keep exercising. Sitting still for too long isn’t good for any of us, physically or mentally.

If you’re looking for a way to stay active, and hardcore workouts aren’t your thing, there’s nothing better than yoga to ease your mind, body and spirit. If you’re anything like me, you probably keep missing your favourite yogi’s IG lives and are looking for something more consistent to get into.

There are plenty of at-home yoga apps to choose from. These are the best yoga apps to try now.

Yoga Studio by Gaiam
Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi, you’ll love yoga studio. You can choose from a massive selection of sessions that vary from 10 to 60 minutes in length. They’re themed too, you can choose sessions that help with balance, flexibility or strength.

5-Minute Yoga Workouts
The title says it all. There’s no excuse for not doing at least five-minutes of yoga a day. Every day, the app will give you a new sequence to follow.

Asana Rebel
If you’re looking for something that’s not too hardcore, but focuses on strength, Asana Rebel is for you. These yoga sessions add strength exercises like planks and push-ups.

Simply Yoga
The app is free but it does include in-app purchases. With the free version, you have access to three sequences that are 20, 40, or 60 minutes in length.

Pocket Yoga
If you’re somewhere without a stable internet connection, you’re going to want to download Pocket Yoga. The app can be used offline, and you’ll have access to 27 different sessions that vary in difficulty and duration.
