The hotly-anticipated music festival is set to return for its fourth edition in Riyadh from Dec. 14 to 16, bringing with it a dynamic lineup carefully curated to reflect a diverse range of musical genres and styles, that ensures that female singers and DJs from various backgrounds and influences have the opportunity to captivate the audience with their mixing and singing skills.
From beloved regional talents like Nooriyah and Cosmicat to international sensations such as H.E.R, read on to discover the female artists joining the likes of global music icons such as Chris Brown, Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta, Wizkid, and Metallica, who will make up the Soundstorm 2023 lineup.
H.E.R
The award-winning, multi-faceted American musician Gabi Wilson, aka H.E.R, will be making her way to the Kingdom with her powerhouse of a voice. Many recognize her ethereal vocals in Kaytanada’s track Intimidated, amongst many other movie soundtracks that she amplifies with her transcendent voice. H.E.R is certainly one to look forward to.
Nooriyah
With no introduction needed at this point, Nooriyah has can be found behind the decks at most of the coolest music sets, be it regional or beyond. The Saudi-born and UK-based disc jockey has become a prominent musical presence, continuously championing sounds of the diaspora. Her eclectic sets create a home away from home for those of us living abroad, mixing in some Arabic classics you probably heard in a car ride with your parents back in the day.
Cosmicat
Jeddah-born and raised DJ Cosmicat has become a beckoning force in the Kingdom. Serving eclectic electronic beats, Cosmicat made her first major appearance at MDLBEAST’s Soundstorm in 2019. She has gone on to become a staple headliner at events across the MENA region and globally ever since.
Nora en pure
Considered to be a deep house music maven, Nora en pure is Switzerland’s celebrated melodic dance music virtuoso. Fusing melodic house beats, tropical beats, the DJ’s sets take listeners on a powerful, organic, and melodic journey.
DJ VIVA
The Canadian-Saudi music producer and DJ is based in Saudi Arabia. This December, she will bring her passion for entertainment and aerial arts performance to MDLBEAST’s Soundstorm. She has previously performed at the Red Sea Film Festival, the Riyadh Season Opening Parade, and much more.
DJ Solskin
Hailing from Riyadh, the up-and-coming underground DJ will be making her way to Soundstorm’s stage to capture the audience’s attention and engage them on a sonic journey with her deep and groovy house and disco tunes.
Dorar
DJ Dorar, with her tasteful selections and easy-listening sonic aesthetic, spins house sets that work both on the dance floor and during a relaxing night at home.
Sam Divine
Renowned British DJ Sam Divine delivers enigmatic sets as an effortless schooling in pure, unadulterated house.
RAG (Raghad)
Hailing from Jeddah, DJ RAG, with her energetic groovy style and charisma, has become one of the most sought-after performers across various music venues.

Fulana (Nadine Lingawi)
Also bringing her unique indie-sound and flair to the festival is Saudi-based Fulana– meaning “anonymous female” in Arabic.
