London Streetwear Brand Corteiz is Collaborating With Supreme

We're here for it

In what is shaping up to be a wholesome full circle moment in fashion, British streetwear brand Corteiz has just revealed there’s something in the works with cult skater brand Supreme. The two disruptive labels— which are some of the most coveted in the market thanks to their unconventional marketing techniques— are allegedly collaborating, according to an Instagram post by Corteiz founder Clint Ogbenna.

In usual manner, Corteiz broke the internet once again by announcing their forthcoming venture on a billboard in London. The London-based label’s signature Alcatraz-inspired symbol was set against a distinctive red backdrop– echoing the iconic Supreme color palette– alongside the words “Supreme Rules The World,” a clever play on Corteiz’s own motto, “Corteiz Rules The World.”

The forthcoming joint venture comes as no real surprise, as both labels have shown signs of appreciation for one another for some time now. Earlier this year, Ogbenna starred in Supreme’s Fall/Winter 2023 campaign, donning several pieces from the American brand’s then-unreleased drop. So far, no details have been revealed regarding what fans can expect from the upcoming partnership.

Following a successful collaboration with sportswear giant Nike on a custom pair of Air Max 95s, which sold out within minutes and are being resold at over twice their retail price, Corteiz’s appeal is on a steady ascent. As the brand continues to etch its name alongside streetwear industry royalty, namely Supreme, the time may have finally come to no longer consider Corteiz a dark horse, but rather, a powerhouse that commands attention and respect on a local and global scale.
