Dubbed Ya Tab Tab, a homage to Nancy Ajram’s iconic track, Ya Tabtab Wa Dalaa, this nostalgic club night was founded by the Canada-based Lebanese duo, DJ Rami Nassif and photographer Akram Hamdan. The party series, which is set to make its debut on Los Angeles’s West Pico Boulevard on May 3, has swiftly garnered a reputation for expertly curating a selection of tunes and remixes that span the spectrum of Arabic pop hits, from Amr Diab’s timeless classics like Tamaaly Maak to the works of Lebanese pop icons like Haifa Wehbe.

The platform launched in 2022, initially as a single party for the founders’ friends to re-live their childhood with a throwback soundtrack. Since then, Ya Tab Tab has had several sold-out shows across different cities. “Our passion for Arabic pop culture is at the heart of everything we do,” said the organizer duo in a statement. “The excitement we get from sharing our event with everyone and the spectacular energy of the community inspires us to do our best.”
