Repossi Launches Ring to Aid Beirut Explosion Victims

100 per cent of proceeds goes to the Lebanese Red Cross

As the world reels at the staggering destruction of the explosion in Beirut—which has now taken over 157 lives—attention has turned to supporting the innumerable Lebanese people who have been injured, displaced and had their homes and workplaces destroyed.

In the days following the explosion, with anger mounting amongst the community (namely for the negligence that supposedly caused the blast itself), protests have once again erupted in the city.

But along with a slew of local NGOs and organisations, Italian luxury brand Repossi is focused on providing much-needed money for the Lebanese city, which is undergoing its biggest crisis to date.

Having launched a newly designed ring in a bid to raise funds for the Lebanese Red Cross (which has been on the ground since 1945), Repossi has designed a truly elegant homage to Lebanon. Taking on the brand’s now-iconic Berbere Chromatic style, the ring is encircled in red and includes an engraving of the Lebanon cedar on the inside.

The ring retails for $3,250 with 100 per cent of the proceeds going directly to the Lebanese Red Cross. It is only available for pre-order by contacting the brand directly at sales@repossi.com.
