If you’re not familiar, Tiktok houses are standard practice for Gen-Z. Yes, they are literal houses, all with the goal of getting creators together to produce content.

“It’s a social house, essentially following the houses we’ve seen in the west. We’ll be working with a bunch of Jordan-based creatives on improving content, getting on trends before anyone and connecting them with industry professionals,” explained Saif Hidayah, the founder of Ilna Collective.

The idea comes after the success of some of the internet’s biggest personalities—think Charli D’Amelio and Addison Rae. But unlike Hype House, Beitna will not actually see the content creators move in. It will be an incubator in every sense of the word, though.

According to Hidayah, Ilna has already received over 280 applications. The selected Tiktokers will be announced in February.
