Starting your own company can be quite the challenge, especially when it comes to funding. But if you’re a young UAE-based entrepreneur, the task has just gotten easier.
Flat6Labs, one the region’s leading firms, is launching a new program to provide seed and early-stage funding opportunities for startups. And it will be hosted in the Emirati capital of Abu Dhabi.
Created in partnership with ADQ, one of the region’s largest holding companies, the ‘Flat6Labs Ignite’ program comes with a slew of services perfectly tailored for innovative and tech-based startups.
With the help of a growing team and network of mentors, investors, and corporates, the chosen startups will receive cash-funding ($100,000-$150,000), strategic mentorship, office-space and much more. Select startups are also eligible for a follow-on funding ranging between $200,000 and $500,000.
After passing the preliminary interviews, startups will engage in a bootcamp of world-class mentorship and coaching and present their projects to a committee of industry experts to be selected in the seed program.
A total of four months of training and coaching sessions, mentor matching, networking events and pitch workshops, leading up to the opportunity to present in front of international and regional investors.
